Physical Journal vs Digital Journal: Why Writing on Paper Protects Mental Peace

  I used to spend a lot of time scrolling on my phone, especially on Instagram. At first, it felt normal. Watching reels, checking profiles, and staying updated seemed harmless. But slowly, I noticed something changing inside me. While visiting my friends’ profiles, I started comparing my lifestyle with theirs. This comparison made me uncomfortable and disturbed my peace. That was the moment I realized how deeply social media was affecting my mental health. Over the years, I have observed significant changes in people’s lifestyles and behavior.
